Pressure problems
With eight pressure zones in the city water system, some Enumclaw homes run high pressure that quietly wears out fixtures. We test pressure and install or replace pressure-reducing valves when they’re needed.
Freeze damage
Colder winters than Seattle mean split outdoor faucets and cracked lines in crawlspaces and garages. We repair the damage and upgrade to frost-free hose bibs.
Know your main shut-off
One of the most valuable things any homeowner can know is where the main water shut-off is and how to close it. On a farm property or acreage out on the plateau, it may be well away from the house. If you’re not sure where yours is, or if it’s corroded and won’t turn, ask us to check it on your next visit. Replacing a failed main valve is a small job that can save you from a flooded house.

What kinds of plumbing repairs do you handle?
Faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers, garbage disposals, dishwasher, ice maker and washing machine connections, supply and waste lines, shut-off valves, pressure-reducing valves, outdoor faucets and sump pumps. If it carries water in your home, we can usually fix it.
My water pressure seems really high. Is that a problem?
It can be. High pressure makes faucets and toilet valves wear out early, causes banging pipes and puts extra strain on your water heater. Enumclaw’s city water system runs eight pressure zones, so pressure varies by neighborhood. We can test yours and tell you whether a pressure-reducing valve would help.
Should I repair my old fixture or replace it?
Many faucets and toilets can be rebuilt for less than the cost of replacement. When parts are no longer available or the fixture is failing in several ways, replacement is usually the better value. We’ll price both so you can choose.
Do you replace outdoor faucets that froze?
Yes. Freeze-split hose bibs are common after an Enumclaw cold snap. We can repair the damage and install frost-free outdoor faucets that are much less likely to freeze.
